This class has strength & balance focus with some cardio & flexibility for overall fitness. Chairs are always available for support and music, balls & other pieces of equipment are used for fun challenges.
Come along and exercise with a group who enjoy moving to music and connecting with others. New people are welcome. There’s a great community feel & every second week we share cuppa time & home baking after class.
All abilities are catered for whether you need to sit the whole time or whether you wish to stand.
Debbie’s background is in sport and education, working as a PE specialist teacher in Western Australia and in NZ as a specialist teacher for students with additional learning needs.

· Class includes a move to music component but there’s no fancy footwork
· Class is 45 mins long
· No classes on public holidays and we take a few weeks off over summer
