A gentle exercise class suitable for older adults who want overall fitness as well as strength and balance.
Belinda Goodwin a Nia Dance Blackbelt instructor will lead you in this FUN dynamic dance. Belinda offers different options to suit a variety of fitness and skill levels that are all welcome in this class.
Booking is recommended as this class is limited to 15 dancers. This gives the best viewing, safety and enjoyment experience for all participants. Dancers are encouraged to choose an easeful approach and to Dance in their body's way.
Wheelchairs and walkers are welcome and there is wheelchair parking and access right out front of this stunningly refurbished historical building.

The class is available in person at 421 Bow Street Raglan at Raglan Town Hall at 9:30 am on Wednesdays or Live on Zoom.
Open to anyone aged 65 years or older (55 years or older for Māori and Pasifika), or anyone at an increased risk of falling, if they can safely participate in the class.
Casual comfortable clothes e.g. track pants, shorts, tights or trousers with t-shirts or sweatshirts. Lace up or snug fitting shoes or sneakers that are comfortable to move in.
