Nymbl is a free balance training app you can use in the comfort of your own home. Designed for older adults (50yr+), use it for 10 minutes a day to help improve your strength and balance, and reduce your risk of falls.
To use Nymbl, all you need is a smartphone or tablet with internet access. You don’t need weights or any other exercise equipment.

0.12s In this short video I’m going to show you step by step how to download Nymbl on to your Apple or Android smartphone or tablet.
0.21s And how to log into Nymbl and get started with your first day of balance training.

0.38s First, grab your smartphone or tablet and locate your app store.
0.44s If you’re on an Apple device, your app store icon looks like this.
0.48s If you’re on an Android device, your app store icon looks like this.
0.52s When you’ve located your app store icon, open the app and search Nymbl in the search bar.
0.58s Find the Nymbl app. The icon looks like this.
1.00s If you’re on an Apple device, click the blue get button located to the right of the Nymbl app icon.
1.07s If you’re on an Android device, click the green install button.
1.11s When the Nymbl app is done downloading, and this should only take a few moments,
1.14s Click the blue open button if you’re on an Apple device
1.20s Or the green open button if you’re on an Android device.
1.24s Congratulations! You’re now ready to start training with Nymbl! By investing 10 minutes a day, three to four times a week, you can improve your balance anywhere at any time.
